Who is responsible for your data
The data controller for the personal data collected on this website is the owner identified in the legal notice. This notice is governed by Spanish law and by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679), not by UK data protection law.

What data we collect and why
We collect the data you type into the contact form (name, company, email address, phone number and message) and the data you send us by email.
We use it for one purpose only: to answer your enquiry and send you the proposal you ask for. We do not use it to send you advertising.
The form includes an anti-spam check that processes technical data from your browser, such as your IP address, to tell a person from an automated program.
Legal basis
The basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by ticking the box on the form, and, when you ask us for a quote, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
How long we keep your data
We keep your data for as long as the conversation about your enquiry lasts and, after that, for the periods in which legal claims may arise. When it is no longer needed, we delete it.

Who receives your data
We do not pass your data to third parties unless the law requires us to.
For the website and the form to work, some providers process data on behalf of the controller and on its instructions: a web hosting provider, an email delivery provider that gets the form messages to us, and an anti-spam verification provider.
International transfers

Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, for it to be corrected or erased, for its processing to be restricted and for it to be ported, and you can object to its processing. You can also withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what was done before.
To exercise a right, write to geral@metalbraga.com and say which one. If necessary, we will ask you to prove your identity. We reply within one month.
Complaints to the supervisory authority
If you think we are not handling your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, aepd.es).
